Your access

You have complete access to the main floor of the house. There is a separate basement apartment with its own entrance on the side of the house — they park on the left side of the driveway, and you park on the right.

• Garage access for garbage disposal (no parking or smoking in the garage)
• Backyard is not accessible to guests
• Some cupboards in the laundry area are locked for our cleaner

Cleaning & safety

Your health and comfort matter to us. We follow a detailed cleaning and sanitization process after every guest checkout — everything's fresh and spotless when you arrive. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed, and there is one exterior doorbell camera at the front door only, used to check on the property when vacant or during inclement weather. Your privacy is paramount to us.
